I joined LSBU in 2011 and I'm an Associate Professor in the School of Applied Sciences. Previously I worked as a researcher in Sport Psychology at Royal Holloway University of London, the German Sport University, and the VU University Amsterdam.

I am passionate about studying how the environment invites and guides certain behaviours and actions. This applies to various contexts and I'm particularly interested in applications to human performance.

My recent research projects include:

- Visual training in basketball shooting

- Multitasking

- Perceptual-motor recalibration

- Adherence to physical activity

I'm the General Secretary for the European Federation of Sport Psychology (FEPSAC) and a member of the British Association for Sport and Exercise Sciences' (BASES) Public Advisory Board.
