I joined LSBU after a career in Further Education (FE) following many years' experience in Electronic Design and Development.
My focus is on the professional and personal development of students and the enhancement of the student experience.
My academic interests are in professional skills, data analysis, quantitative methods, and digital technologies.
My extensive experience in the education sector and FE included responsibility for the delivery, development and management of a range of courses in Business, ICT and Enterprise from levels 2 to 6.
My previous work in the electronics industry involved the design and development of maritime and computer equipment.
Member of BCS and CIPD.

Responsible for the leadership and management of a team delivering vocational, academic and professional courses from level 2 to level 6. And which included a link tutor role with collaborative and partner institutions
The position included the design and submission for validation of a range of courses at the levels highlighted above
College lead for Business and ICT for Ofsted reviews and college lead on HE courses for QAA review (for which I was also a QAA panel member)
