I am a part-time senior lecturer in the Advanced Clinical Practitioner Team, working for the university 3 days a week. I am the module lead for 2 modules: ACP_7_012 Clinical Complexity in Advanced Practice (Primary and Urgent Care) and ACP_7_007 Leadership, Research and Education. I also work clinically in General Practice as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner 2 days per week. Both jobs complement each other and keep me very much up to date.

My passion for teaching grew after I finished the Clinical Education PGCert, at King's College London. I have continued the MA pathway

I am currently writing my MA dissertation having followed the Clinical Education programme at King's College, the title of which is: An Illuminative Evaluation of the district nursing student experience of an Advanced Physical Assessment Skills Module. If I am successful, I hope to publish it as well.
