I am a Senior Lecturer in Strategic Management and a Module Leader for the Strategic Management subjects. Prior to joining the London South Bank Business School, I worked as a Lecturer at Cranvfield School of Management, where I also studied endogenous social effects on individuals' entrepreneurial intentions in the context of business education as a PhD researcher at Cranfield University.

I am a Fellow of Higher Education Academy and I hold a PhD in Strategy and Leadership from Cranfield School of Management.

My academic interests pertain to social complexities in forming and governing organisations. That includes endogenous social effects (peer influence) on entrepreneurial behaviours. I published my research in academic journals and had the privilege to present my studies at leading academic forums including the British Academy of Management and the European Academy of Management conferences. In the field of Strategic Management I study phenomena related to the sources of trust and accountability in cross-cultural strategic alliances.

I built my teaching experience in academia on my previous employment and my entrepreneurial career in various businesses. Having progressed to executive positions in consulting and financial services industries I started and ran several ventures as an owner or co-founder. My role as an owner-manager was mainly related to providing strategic leadership to the businesses.
