I am a Doctoral Research Student in the Division of psychology within the School of Applied Sciences. I originally trained as a Nurse, completed my MSc. at Middlesex University, followed by an MBA from London South Bank University.

My main research interests are the evaluation of psychosocial intervention in mental health, developing an intervention focused on promoting mental health help-seeking behaviour and mental health wellbeing.
