I am a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management at LSBU Business School. Prior to this role, I have been an associate lecturer with LSBU Business School while studying for my PhD. Also, I was a Research Scholar with the Management Scholar Academy of the Lagos Business School before joining LSBU. I have a wide experience teaching Employment Relations and Human Resource Management courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
I am currently investigating voice and silence, and participation and involvement of platform/gig workers in emerging contexts. I am interested in studying voice/silence, participation, and involvement of vulnerable/precarious workers (e.g., platform workers, domestic workers, child workers, gig workers, workers with disability etc.). I am also interested in HR Analytics and Leadership studies that enhances workers involvement and participation in workplace practices.
I have a few published articles in academic journals in the HRM/ER field and presented my work in reputable academic conferences. I am a member of the Academy of Management, the British Academy of Management, and the British Universities Industrial Relations Associations.
