I am a Lecturer in Financial Accounting / Management Accounting in the School of Business at LSBU and also the Course Director for BA (Hons) Accounting and Finance at the LSBU Croydon campus. I am a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
I joined LSBU as a PhD student in 2018, before which I obtained MSc degree in banking and finance from Queen Mary University of London and BA (Hons) degree in accounting and finance from Manchester Metropolitan University.
I also worked and undertook a number of accounting finance responsibilities in UK-based telecommunication companies.
My research interest mainly lies in empirical finance and quantitative finance, with a focus on the study of global economic policy uncertainty, and stock and cryptocurrency markets using the copula model.
