I hold a PhD degree in Strategic Management. I am a University senior lecturer with strong academic and teaching experience and with experience managing and developing courses. With more than 12 years of HE teaching experience demonstrating excellent teaching that focuses on the student’s engagement and improving critical thinking that would lead to performance improvement. I write and publish on organisational culture, strategic management and leadership with some research having been cited in the news media. I have been experienced in providing consultancy for SMEs operating in the UK and the Middle east.

Enterprise Activities
As a Professional consultant for SMEs in UK and MENA region, I have successfully Integrated Work-based Learning into the curriculum: As part of a major project team for a large car dealership with branches across the UK, I was assigned by the principal consultant to conduct a research survey that was a substantial requirement for the completion of the project.
I have successfully built a knowledge exchange through employment: I have collaborated with colleagues leading consultancy projects; supporting technical requirements such as survey constriction, statistical analyses and strategic modelling.
