I am the Associate Head of the department for Innovation, strategy, Leadership & Management.I am a University senior lecturer with strong academic and teaching experience and with experience managing and developing courses. With more than 12 years of HE teaching experience demonstrating excellent teaching that focuses on the student’s engagement and improving critical thinking that would lead to performance improvement. I write and publish on or

Digital strategy and Entrepreneurship with some research having been cited in the news media. I have been experienced in providing consultancy for SMEs operating in the UK and the Middle East.

I have supported the academic development of early researchers by sharing my expertise and experience through several workshops:

•(2019) Delivered a workshop on Leadership Navigation for Effective Performance at the Centre for Innovative Leadership Navigation, University of Oxford, and August 5.

•(2019) Quantitative Data Analysis using SPPS and SEM for early academic researcher, held at the British Academy of Management Conference, 6-8, September, Aston University, Birmingham.
