I am a lecturer in Strategic Management at the Business School of London South Bank University(LSBU) with more than 10 years of experience working in the higher education sector. Before joining LSBU in September 2021, I had taught at a variety of national and international higher education institutions in Vietnam, New Zealand, and the UK. Prior to my academic career, I used to work as a practitioner in different roles such as project manager and management consultant. In my academic career, I have been teaching students at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. I have also taught apprenticeship and executive students.

I have been doing both disciplinary and pedagogical research. My disciplinary research focuses on sustainable strategies, green behaviours and technology adoptions in strategy. My pedagogical research lies in sustainability and inclusivity in higher education. My research has been published in the Journal of Small Business Management, Compass: Journal of Learning and Teaching, and Journal of International Economics and Management. I have been proactively leading and involved in funding bidding activities and have successfully secured some funding for research and knowledge exchange. In the previous years, I was successful in securing two other fundings: the ESRC National Productivity Investment Fund Accelerating Business Collaboration 2021(£9,973.00) and the ECR National Productivity Investment Fund 2020 (£2,500). I have also been an advisor and critical reviewer for colleagues’ research and some funding bidding projects of colleagues in my network at the University of Greenwich, including a project on SME green finance with Hounslow Council (£20,000, 2022) and Greenwich Student Sustainability Hub with UPP Foundation (£25,000, 2022).
