I joined LSBU in 2022 as a Lecturer in Project Management at the Business School. I am an architect by training (BSc) and started my career as a consultant in the delivery of complex projects in construction and advising new business ventures before re-joining academia (MSc @ Warwick, completing PhD @ UCL).

In addition, to teaching project and innovation management, I am a researcher at UCL's Learning Ecosystems Lab (https://learningecosystems.science) where I look at methods to improve the delivery and evaluation of management education.

My research interests are in project organising, entrepreneurial action, temporary organisations, and social ontology.
