I am Associate Dean Research and Enterprise in the School of Allied and Community Health. I previously worked as a Practice Development Radiographer in Radiation Oncology and joined LSBU in 2005. I obtained my PhD at London South Bank University in 2012. My research focuses on Workforce Development and Virtual Education. I review papers for Radiography and The Journal of Radiotherapy in Practice. I supervise a number of PhD students and I am course director for the Professional Doctorate in Health. I am also an assessor for the Society and College of Radiographers and recognised as a Senior Fellow HEA.
