I am the Head of Division for Marketing Tourism Events and Hospitality in the School of Business. I have 19 years of experience at teaching at Postgraduate and Undergraduate levels at LSBU. My industrial experience includes working for the Intercontinental Hotels Group in Europe in a variety of operational management positions. I went on to work as the Regional Rooms Division Training Manager for London which included the Mayfair, Churchill and Hyde Park Corner Hotel. I then worked for a college of Hotel Management in Further Education for two years before moving to London South Bank University in 2004.
I studied for a Masters in Tourism, Environment and Development Studies at Kings College London. In 2018 I completed my PhD which focused on Community Development, Tourism and the Sustainable Development.

I am the school lead for the HEA/PGCHE programmes. I direct the efforts of my division in our school and organisational goals.
