I joined LSBU in 2018 as a Senior Lecturer in Architecture: Digital Skills within The School of the Built Environment and Architecture. I have an HND in Architectural Technology from Osun State College of Technology, Nigeria; BSc (Hons) Architectural Technology, BA (Hons) Architecture RIBA Part 1, MArch: Master of Architecture RIBA Part 2 from London South Bank University, London, and currently undertaking my PhD Architecture at LSBU, London.

My research interest includes Courtyard Building, Well-being, Social Cohesion and Social Sustainability. I am currently undertaking my PhD research in my 5th year of study. The research focuses on the key elements of architectural design in both the global north and global south, which I observe as vital to societal cohesion and human well-being. The research investigates the differences between cultural community design, linked explicitly to Nigeria and the UK, as a means of knowledge exchange.

I am also a member of RAID (Research into Architecture and Innovative Design), one of the key research groups in BEA for discussing and implementing members' innovative ideas.

I am an Associate Member of the Royal Institute of British Architects, closely following the activities of this important institution and the standards it sets for architectural education and professional behaviours.

Previously, I held the position of Course Leader for the Architectural Assistant Apprenticeship at Level 6 and the Architect Apprenticeship at Level 7.

As a member of the Ethics Panel for the School of the Built Environment and Architecture, I am honoured to collaborate with my distinguished colleagues towards our shared objectives. Additionally, I take great satisfaction in serving as a member of the UKRI Talent Peer Review College, where I work diligently with other esteemed members to fulfil our critical duties.

I was involved in preparing and constructing the 2021 Venice Biennial Architecture exhibition “Time Space Existence” Project.
