I work in the Employability team in the Business School, supporting students in developing their commercial experience to become “work ready”. I am involved in placements, internships, work experience, special employability/research projects, live case studies and guest speakers. I am networked in London through collaboration with Chambers, Local Authorities and Councils, trade related groups and the LSBU Business Solutions Centre.
I lead specialist employer workshops, developing student transferable and soft skills, through collaboration with organisations including the NHS and Salesforce. I sit on the Action Committee of London Southside Chamber of Commerce, Southwark Chamber of Commerce and host external employer panels with organisations such as the NSPCC to build student confidence in the labour market.

Operational and commercial leadership of the highest performing teams within the business, working to increase revenue via strategic partnerships with Schools, Education Trusts and Academies through performance management, recruitment, selection, training and operational direction. Leading global talent acquisition campaigns in partnership with international colleagues. Accountable for forecasting, operations and commercial success.
Whole company leadership in the recruitment and selection of UK teaching and education support staff. Developing partnerships with UK universities to engage students into teaching careers. Whole company training on talent acquisition and onboarding of staff. Monitoring talent pipelines to meet and exceed targets and manage quality.
Leading and managing regional offices to develop personalised support to client schools and education establishments. Full performance management of teams, forecasting productivity and revenue, developing effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximise on international and local talent and increase profits.
Leadership and management of home counties teams to deliver tailored solutions to local education providers, devising behaviour and well being support programmes and co-ordinating and leading international teacher recruitment.
