I gained my BSc. in Nursing Science at Babcock University Nigeria before moving to the UK to continue my studies at Middlesex University with an MSc. in Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Management. I just recently finished my PhD at London South Bank University in 2023.

Before completing my PhD, I started working as a research associate on an NIHR LSBU-KCL joint project. I joined the Division of Psychology as a lecturer in October 2023.

My main research interests are evaluating psychosocial intervention in mental health and developing an intervention focused on promoting mental health help-seeking behaviour.

In addition, I am also interested in experiences of individuals living with mental health difficulties in developing countries.
