I am a media professional with more than 20 years of international experience under my belt. I have worked with a myriad of media companies on both sides of the Atlantic like ESPN, TV Azteca Mexico, Chile Vision, YLE Finland, Antena Greece, etc. My experience ranges from journalistic work in front of the camera and the production side. I hold a first degree in Performing Arts from the National School of Theatre in Mexico and a Masters degree in Audio Visual Production by London Metropolitan University. In 2021 I entered the world of academia as a journalism lecturer.

TV presenting and producing hundreds of reportage for this leading Mexican Broadcaster in the UK and other parts of Europe. The job involves researching for news of relevance to the client and pitching the idea to get the assignment. Once the piece is accepted, I write the script, brief the camera people, perform on screen pieces to camera and the VO required and supervise the editing process when I am not editing the piece myself on Avid systems. I have overseen the overall budget planning and budget control, hiring and negotiating best rates with suppliers and managing the production workflow in general. My professional and disciplined approach has proven to be efficient and has streamlined the whole production process saving money to the company.
I was hired as the ESPN-SUR 2012 London Olympic Park studio manager. Tasks included checking and testing the good operation of cameras and lighting equipment before starting transmissions every day, directing TV presenters and guests and the smooth running of the studio.
Based in London and receiving instructions from clients around the world, I have performed as self shooting Producer/Director in the UK and many parts of Europe. Camera work, editing and production services.
