In 2024 I joined LSBU Business School as Lecturer in Project Management, in the division of Innovation, Leadership, Strategy and Management. Accordingly, I currently contribute towards teaching undergraduate and postgraduate (MSc) modules in the areas of project management and business management, as well as supervising research projects. In the past, I was also project manager for the TEGA project, which explored whether the integration of game-based learning into the academic syllabus enhances student learning and experience when compared to traditional teaching approaches.
My current interdisciplinary research is using qualitative methods to explore Sustainable Risk Management within the domain of Renewable Energy Projects in the UK. In particular, my research focuses on mitigating short-term and long-term sustainability risks across the project lifecycle. I have disseminated my research in journals such as Frontiers in Psychology (IF=3.8, Journal rating: JCR Quartile Q1).
